Head chef Sander Klaasen aims to let the product speak for itself, no fancy or complicated items on the plate, just honest and delicious food. For example; tartar of Nordsea langoustines, crème fraiche with salted lemon and 3 preparations of red beetroot, or what about stewed cheek of veal, creamy pearl barley, crisp of mature cheese from Beemster region and truffle. Both honest and delicious dishes!
Besides choosing from the à la carte menu it is also possible selecting our 4, 5 or 6 course surprise menu. This menu is ordered most by our guests and perfectly reflects the way how Sander gratefully uses the most beautiful and tasteful seasonal ingredients available. Come and enjoy and judge yourself!
